In today’s market, before giving the valuable time to an employee for personal interview, organization have designed a set rule for selecting employees. The procedure begins with the very first step of selecting the potential resumes. A resume is a very essential marketing tool which demonstrates the current status of employability, qualification, education, skill-set, professional summary, experience and personal details.
Resume is a one page professional summary which shows the future employer about your past working experiences. Well, to make you a considerable candidate, the resume has to have some appropriate segments which define the overview of credentials. So, if you are a fresher then here are some important segments and the right sequence tips which a basic resume should have.
How to order your resume?
1. Contact details:
The should contain name, contact number and email address of the candidate. The name and contact number should be visibly clear. Whereas the email address should be professional address and active. Please do not use any email address like queenofhearts@gmail.com, an email address with name would be preferable.

2. Professional Summary-Brand yourself
This is a short and attractive blurb about work experience, skillset and objective. This acknowledges the interviewee about your professional growth and how you can be an asset to organization.
For example: Experienced Digital Marketing Manager with extensive experience building, maintaining, and running successful digital marketing campaigns. Bringing forth broad marketing, SEO, Web traffic knowledge, coupled with focused campaign experience.
3. Key Skills:
In this section, list the specific skills which are related to the job profile and can work as an advantage for you. For example: If you are a fashion blogger then add skills related to fashion unlike sports achievement or gaming skills.
For example:
· Styling knowledge
· 3D designing and sketching
· Creative writing skills
· Updated for trends
· Color contrasting-collaborating skills
4. Work Experience:
This section is the chief section of resume because it outlines your specific work experiences and duties & responsibilities. In this you must add the designation, time duration, company name and responsibilities. If you are a fresher than you can add the internship programs or summer jobs and if you have more than 5 years of experience then you can summarie your duties in depth.
For example:
Executive in Pizza Hut (2017-2019)
· Responsible for floor operations management
· Complete account management of the outlet
· Completed the customer service training sessions
5. Education:
A supreme section which describe the educational background and academic achievements. You must add the following: Name of school/college, degree affiliation, year of passing out and marks obtained in chronological order (from recent to old and mention your specialization).

Asian School of Business
(Affiliation: CCS University)
Bachelor of Arts in English (2016-19)
Marks obtained: 85%
After preparing the resume, must read it twice because spelling or grammatical mistakes would be a major drawback. After review your resume, do ask a senior helper to review your resume and then submit.
